Our approach
We work to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, meaningful link text, form labels, image alternatives, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion preferences, and assistive-technology compatibility. Our ongoing accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, browser behavior, assistive technology, and third-party services change, so a page may not work perfectly for every combination. We prioritize barriers that prevent a customer from finding a location, contacting us, understanding storage options, or reaching rental and account services.
Third-party rental, payment, map, and review services
Some requested functions continue to services operated by other providers. Their accessibility is controlled in part by those providers. If an external experience creates a barrier, contact us and we will work to provide the information or reasonable assistance through another available method.

Alternative access
Our team can help with facility addresses, directions, general unit information, account routing, and the next step in the rental process. Availability and binding rental terms must still be confirmed through the facility’s current process.
